Frequently asked
Do I need headphones?
Yes. Binaural beats need each ear to hear its own tone, so use comfortable headphones at a low volume.
Is this medical treatment?
No. This is for relaxation and personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Please keep working with your own care providers.
Can I listen while driving?
No. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention.
Who should check with a doctor first?
Anyone with epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition or pacemaker, or who is pregnant, or anyone with health concerns.
Do the frequencies change my chakras or my level of consciousness?
We don’t claim that. Chakras are a contemplative tradition, not established science, and specific “chakra frequencies” (including Solfeggio tones) are a matter of tradition with no proven effects. We pick each track’s sound for the mood of the practice.
What are the twelve levels?
A gentle map for reflection that rises from Earth Star: Belonging to Universal: Oneness. Seven come from the yogic chakra tradition, and five are modern energy-work additions. The journey is inspired in part by the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins; we are not affiliated with or endorsed by his estate or publisher.
Can I download tracks?
Yes. Every plan can stream and download all twelve meditations, including the full hour-long versions, from the Member area. Downloads are for your personal use only.
Can I cancel?
Anytime, from your account page. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
Who makes this?
Quiet Constellation, created by Rick Leffke. The tracks are original, built from our own tones and recordings.
