Disclaimer, terms & privacy
Last updated: October 2026
Health disclaimer
Quiet Constellation offers meditation and sound for relaxation and personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment and is not a substitute for professional care.
Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention. Use headphones at a low, comfortable volume. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition or pacemaker, or are pregnant, or if you have any health concerns, check with your doctor first. Stop if you feel discomfort.
Chakras are presented with respect as part of the yogic and tantric traditions, and the five additional centers as modern energy-work ideas. None of this is offered as science. We make no claim that any frequency, tone, or practice affects chakras, health, or anyone’s level of consciousness.
The levels-of-consciousness journey is inspired in part by the work of Dr. David R. Hawkins. Quiet Constellation is not affiliated with or endorsed by Dr. Hawkins, his estate, Veritas Publishing, or The Institute for Spiritual Research, Inc.
Terms of Service
Effective: October 2026
1. About these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Quiet Constellation (“we,” “us”). They cover your use of quietconstellation.com, the Member area, our meditations and tracks, private podcast feeds, and any live sessions (together, the “Service”).
By creating an account, subscribing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to the Health disclaimer above. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. We’ve tried to keep this in plain English; if anything is unclear, just ask.
2. Who can join
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and subscribe. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use.
3. Your account and signing in
We sign you in with a one-time code sent to your email address—there’s no password. That means your email inbox is the key to your account, so please keep it secure and don’t forward or share sign-in codes.
Please give us an accurate email address and keep it up to date. Your membership is for you alone; accounts may not be shared. You’re responsible for activity under your account, and you should let us know right away if you think someone else has accessed it.
4. Membership plans
We offer three auto-renewing plans, billed monthly or yearly:
- Starlight — $12/month or $109/year
- Constellation — $22/month or $199/year
- North Star Circle — $49/month or $449/year
Every plan includes all twelve practices and all tracks, which you can stream and download for personal listening. Constellation and North Star Circle also include a private podcast feed. North Star Circle adds live group sessions, early access, personalized tracks, and other community benefits as described on the Pricing page. Some North Star Circle benefits have limited seats or are scheduled at set times, and the specifics may evolve; the Pricing page describes what’s currently included.
5. Billing, renewal, and price changes
Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we don’t store your full card details. Prices are in U.S. dollars, and taxes may apply depending on where you live.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each monthly or yearly period, at the then-current price, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us (through Stripe) to charge your payment method for each renewal. If a payment fails, we may pause your access until it’s resolved.
We may change our prices from time to time. If we do, we’ll give you advance notice by email before the new price applies to your next renewal, so you have time to cancel if you prefer.
6. Cancelling and refunds
You can cancel anytime from the Member area (“Manage your membership”). Cancelling stops future renewals. Your access continues through the end of the period you’ve already paid for, and then ends.
Payments are non-refundable, and we don’t provide refunds or credits for partial periods or unused time, except where required by law. If something has gone wrong with a charge, please contact us and we’ll take a look.
7. Your personal-use license for streams and downloads
Our meditations and tracks are licensed to you, not sold. While you’re a member, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to stream them and to download copies for your own private, non-commercial listening.
You may not:
- share, redistribute, sell, rent, or give away tracks or downloads;
- upload them to any website, file-sharing service, social platform, or streaming service;
- play them publicly or use them in a class, event, business, broadcast, video, or other production (for example, as background audio);
- edit, remix, or create derivative works from them, or use them to train or build any AI or machine-learning system;
- remove credits, notices, or other identifying information.
If you’d like to use our audio for a group, studio, or other purpose not covered here, please ask first. You may keep copies you downloaded while a member for your own personal listening after your membership ends, but you won’t be able to download new tracks. If we end your account for misuse, this license ends too and you must delete any downloaded copies.
8. Private podcast feeds
Constellation and North Star Circle members receive a private podcast feed link. That link is personal to you—it works like a key to your membership. Please don’t share it, post it, or add it to any public directory.
We may reset or revoke a feed link at any time, for example if it appears to have been shared or shows unusual activity. You can also ask us to reset yours. After a reset, the old link stops working and you’ll need to add the new one to your podcast app.
9. Acceptable use
Please use the Service kindly and lawfully. In particular, don’t:
- share your account, sign-in codes, or private feed link;
- try to get around access controls, download limits, or other protections;
- scrape, bulk-download, or copy the Service by automated means;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or try to access other members’ accounts or data;
- harass, demean, or disrupt others in live sessions or other community spaces, or share other participants’ personal stories outside the session;
- use the Service for anything illegal or harmful.
10. Live sessions
Live group meditations, Q&A sessions, and circles are offered for shared practice and reflection. They are not therapy, counseling, or medical care, and nothing said in them is professional advice. Session times, formats, and group sizes may change, and we may occasionally need to reschedule or cancel a session.
11. Our content and third-party audio
The Service, including our recordings, voice guidance, music, writing, artwork, and the Quiet Constellation name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws. Apart from the personal license in section 7, these Terms don’t give you any rights in our content.
Some tracks include licensed third-party audio, such as sounds and music from Pixabay and Freesound (including works under Creative Commons Attribution licenses). Those creators are credited on the Library page, and their components remain subject to their own license terms.
12. Health and safety
Quiet Constellation is for wellness, relaxation, and personal reflection. It is not medical, psychological, or therapeutic advice or treatment, and it is not a substitute for professional care. Never listen while driving, operating machinery, or doing anything that needs your full attention. If you have epilepsy or a seizure disorder, a heart condition or pacemaker, are pregnant, or are living with a mental-health condition, or if you have any health concerns, please talk with your doctor before using binaural or other audio practices, and stop if you feel any discomfort. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services. Please read the full Health disclaimer above. You use the Service at your own discretion and are responsible for your own wellbeing.
13. Changes to the Service
We’re always tending the Service. We may add, change, or retire tracks, practices, features, or plan benefits over time. If we make a change that materially reduces what your paid plan includes, we’ll let you know.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version here and update the “Last updated” date. If a change is significant, we’ll also let members know by email before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you don’t agree, you can cancel.
15. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the Service and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end your account, or revoke a private feed link, if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, misuse downloads or feeds, put other members or the Service at risk, or if we’re required to by law. Where it’s reasonable, we’ll tell you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. Sections that by their nature should continue (such as 7, 11, and 16–20) survive after your account ends.
16. Disclaimer of warranties
We put real care into the Service, but it is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don’t promise that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any practice will produce any particular result.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Quiet Constellation and its owners, team, and contributors won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Some places don’t allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
18. Indemnity
If you misuse the Service or break these Terms—for example, by redistributing our audio—and that leads to a claim against us, you agree to cover the reasonable costs, losses, and legal fees that result, to the extent the law allows.
19. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you have a concern, please contact us first; most things can be sorted out with a friendly conversation, and we’ll try in good faith to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we can’t, either of us may bring the matter in the state or federal courts located in Texas, or in a small-claims court where you qualify. Nothing here takes away any rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of the place where you live.
20. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Please see the Privacy section below to learn what we collect and how we use it. We never sell your personal information.
21. General
These Terms, together with the Health disclaimer and Privacy section on this page and the plan details on the Pricing page, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Service. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. If we don’t enforce a provision right away, we haven’t waived it. You may not transfer your account or these Terms to anyone else; we may transfer them as part of a reorganization or sale of the Service.

Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are and what this covers
This Privacy Policy explains how Quiet Constellation (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit quietconstellation.com, sign in to the Member area, subscribe, download audio, or use a private podcast feed (together, the “Service”). It’s part of the Terms of Service above. We’ve kept it in plain English; if anything is unclear, just ask.
2. What we collect
We try to collect as little as we can. Here is everything:
- Your email address. When you ask for a sign-in code, we use your email to check whether you have a membership and to send you a one-time, 6-digit code. We store a scrambled (hashed) copy of the code for up to 10 minutes. When you sign in, we keep a session record with your email address and when you signed in.
- Your name and billing details. We don’t ask for your name on our site. When you subscribe, Stripe’s secure checkout collects your payment details and may ask for your name and billing address. Stripe shares your name, email, billing address, and subscription details with us through our Stripe account.
- Payment card details. Your card number and security code go directly to Stripe. They never pass through or are stored on our servers. We can see limited details Stripe provides, such as the card brand and last four digits.
- Subscription status. We ask Stripe whether your membership is active and which plan you’re on, so we can unlock the right features. We keep a short-lived copy of your plan (about 10 minutes) to keep things fast.
- Your private podcast feed. If your plan includes a podcast feed, we keep a record linking your email address to your private feed link, so we can check it each time your podcast app asks for new episodes and reset it if needed.
- Downloads. Download links are signed and expire after about 10 minutes. We don’t keep a list of what you download.
- Technical and security information. Like any website, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, receives technical information with each request, such as your IP address, browser type, the page or file requested, and the time. We use it to deliver the Service, keep it secure, and prevent abuse (for example, limiting how many sign-in codes can be requested). Our own rate-limit counters store only a scrambled (hashed) form of your email and IP address, and they expire within a few hours.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your message and our reply so we can help you.
3. Cookies and analytics
We use one essential cookie, qc_session, which keeps you signed in to the Member area. It’s secure, can’t be read by page scripts, and lasts up to 30 days or until you sign out. Cloudflare may also set strictly necessary security cookies to protect the site from attacks.
We don’t use analytics, advertising, or social-media tracking cookies or pixels, and we don’t track you across other websites. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers to fetch them, and Google receives your IP address as part of that request under its own privacy policy.
4. How we use your information
We use your information only to:
- sign you in and keep your account secure;
- check your membership and give you access to the meditations, tracks, downloads, and feed your plan includes;
- process payments, renewals, and cancellations through Stripe;
- send you service emails, such as sign-in codes and important notices about your membership or price changes;
- answer your questions and support requests;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and misuse of the Service, such as shared accounts or feed links; and
- meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We won’t send you marketing emails unless you’ve asked to receive them, and you can unsubscribe from any marketing email at any time.
5. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers that help us run Quiet Constellation, and only what they need:
- Stripe processes payments and manages subscriptions. Stripe handles your payment information under its own privacy policy.
- Cloudflare hosts the website, delivers our sign-in code emails, and stores our audio files, session records, and podcast feed records. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
- Google Fonts serves the fonts our pages use, as described above.
We serve private podcast feeds ourselves. When you add your feed link to a podcast app (such as Apple Podcasts or Overcast), that app fetches the feed and audio from us, and the app’s own privacy policy covers what it collects about you.
We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect the rights, safety, or property of our members, the public, or us, or as part of a reorganization or sale of the Service (in which case this policy would continue to apply to your information).
6. We don’t sell your information
We never sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for targeted or cross-context behavioral advertising.
7. How long we keep it
- Sign-in codes: up to 10 minutes, and deleted once used.
- Session records: up to 30 days, or until you sign out.
- Rate-limit counters: a few hours.
- Cached plan information: about 10 minutes.
- Podcast feed records: while your account is active, until you reset your feed or ask us to delete them.
- Payment and subscription records held in Stripe: as long as your membership lasts and afterward for as long as tax, accounting, and other laws require.
- Emails with us: as long as needed to help you and keep a reasonable record.
- Technical logs held by Cloudflare: for the limited periods Cloudflare keeps them.
8. How we protect it
The whole site uses encrypted HTTPS connections. Sign-in codes are single-use, short-lived, limited to a few tries, and stored only in scrambled form. The session cookie is secure and HTTP-only, members-only audio is kept in private storage, and download and feed links are signed and can be revoked. No method of storing or sending information is perfectly secure, but we work to protect yours and limit who can access it. If a breach affects your personal information, we’ll notify you as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights
You can always:
- Access the personal information we hold about you;
- Correct it, such as changing your email address;
- Delete it, subject to records we must keep by law, such as payment records;
- Cancel your membership at any time, as described in the Terms above; and
- Reset your private podcast feed link.
Depending on where you live, including Texas, California, and other U.S. states, and the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have additional rights. These can include the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it, to get a copy of it in a portable format, to object to or restrict certain uses, to opt out of any sale or targeted advertising (we do neither), and to withdraw consent. Where the GDPR applies, we rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, your consent where we ask for it, and our legal obligations. We won’t treat you differently for exercising your rights.
To make a request, email info@quietconstellation.com from the address on your account. We may need to confirm it’s you before acting on it, and we’ll respond within the time the law requires (generally within 45 days). If we decline your request, you can ask us to reconsider by replying to our decision. You also have the right to complain to your local data-protection authority or state attorney general.
10. Where your information is processed
Quiet Constellation is based in the United States, and our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. If you use the Service from outside the U.S., your information will be transferred to and processed in the U.S., where privacy laws may differ from those where you live.
11. Children
The Service isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect personal information from them. You must be at least 18 to create an account and subscribe; anyone under 18 may use the Service only with a parent or guardian, as the Terms describe. If you believe a child under 13 has given us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the Service changes. We’ll change the “Last updated” date above, and if the changes are significant, we’ll let members know by email or with a notice on the site before they take effect.
